New Balance 1906R in a Winter-Ready “Mocha” Colorway

The New Balance 1906R has surfaced in a winter-ready “Mocha” colorway, featuring layers of cream, tan and brown tones — set to release during the holiday season.

Named after the brand’s birth year of 1906, the silhouette has been on a tear of collaborations this year, with names like COMME des GARÇONS, Action Bronson, AURALEE, Salehe Bembury and more, as well as a significant number of inline releases.

This latest inline addition is expressed through a subtle and tonal approach, providing an understated look and dark-colored outsoles that are perfect for regions with incoming inclement weather.

Notably, the construction of the shoe taps a variety of materials, including mesh, leather and TPU which is found at the heel counter. As for tech, the pair’s signature “Nlock” logos provide added support in addition to an updated ACTEVA LITE midsole and “N-ergy” shock-absorbing outsole.

The New Balance 1906 R “Mocha” is expected to drop via the sportswear brand’s official site and select retailers this Holiday season for a retail price of $160 USD.
