Michelle Pfeiffer doesn’t take pickleball lightly.
The “Ant-Man” star issued a “warning” to fans after she got a black eye from playing the beloved game.
“WARNING ⚠️ Pickleball-Stay out of the Kitchen!! 😫 Thank you, Less! 🤣,” she wrote on Instagram Friday alongside a series of photos of herself.
Pfeiffer, 65, gave her followers a close look at her bruise, which nearly covered her entire right eyelid.
In another picture, she was seen at the scene of the incident icing her eye while still wearing her workout gear and a sun visor.
She later added in the comments that her injury was “nothing serious. Thank God!”
“Life is sweetened with risk! ❤️,” she continued.
In the comment section, the actress received support from her sister Dedee Pfeiffer for seemingly sticking out the game despite her injury.

“But she kept on playing… 💪💪💪😈,” DeeDee wrote.
Others wished the “First Lady” actress well while others poked fun at her injury.
“Oh dear!! Eye 👁️ am wishing you a speedy recovery. ❤️🩹,” actress Selma Blair wrote.
“Tell whoever did this that ‘eye for an eye’ is just a phrase! 😉😄,” a fan quipped as another said Michelle should wear an “eye patch.”
Michelle even had her own fun in the comments as she told her makeup artist, “You’ve got your work cut out for you Bridgette!”
The “White Oleander” star tends to stay active on social media often showing off her husband, David Kelley, pieces of her daily routine and effortless beauty.
She even wowed her followers in August when she posted a makeup-free selfie.
At the time, the actress was celebrating three million Instagram followers while kicking back on the couch with a gray sweatshirt.
Michelle’s simple look stunned her fans because of her ageless appeal with Blair referring to her as “solid gold.”
However, she is known to keep her glam simple and recently underwent a three-minute “miracle” makeover at Sephora.
