It looks like some of 6ix9ine’s previous legal issues have come back once again. This time around he is being sued for an old criminal case in which he was accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl back in 2015.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the woman involved in the incident, who has been identified as Jane Doe, is suing 6ix9ine for allegedly sexually abusing her at a party in 2015 when she was just 13-years-old.
The woman claims that aside from being underage at the time, she was also under the influence, which prohibited her from giving consent as 6ix9ine, and another adult, who goes by the name of Tay Milly, filmed three sexually explicit videos that were reportedly placed online afterward.
The videos were described in the documents, and in the first video, she claims that she was performing oral on Tay Milly and 6ix9ine made pelvic thrusts, without having sex, behind her, and then slapped her on the butt. In the second video, she claims that she was sitting on 6ix9ine’s lap while she was in her bra and underwear, and in the third video, she claims that she was laying across both of their laps as Tay Milly groped her.
She is suing both 6ix9ine and Tay Milly for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and infliction of emotional distress.
6ix9ine’s lawyer responded to the lawsuit and told TMZ that he will “defend the lawsuit vigorously,” once he is properly served, and reportedly mentioned that the woman has now decided to sue after five years.
TMZ notes that 6ix9ine took a plea deal in the criminal case back in October 2018. He admitted to participating in the making and disseminating of a music video featuring a sexual video of a 13-year-old, and he was sentenced to 4 years probation.
