Hailing from opposite sides of the globe, outerwear labels WIND AND SEA, out of Japan, and L.L. Bean, out of Maine, are joining hands for a clean cold-weather capsule with functionality at the forefront. Across a plethora of apparel pieces and accessories, the outdoor experts have presented a concise and cozy capsule, complete with lots of sherpa, and fit to hold up against unpredictable temperatures.

Pile Fleece Jackets ($184 USD) are available in Black, Natural (cream), and Fatigue Green colorways and come equipped with interior and exterior pocketing. Vintage-style tartan flannels (a winter wardrobe staple) run for $132 USD and see subtle co-branded logos on the top right. Sherpa 5-panel hats stand out, coming in Black and Soapstone (yellow/cream) colorways. Seeing an L. L. Bean logo embroidered on the front and a WIND AND SEA stamp on the back, the statement hats run for $65 USD.
It’s the reworked L. L. Bean “Tote and Boat” that triumphs, however. The timeless silhouette is reimagined with co-branded embroidered in a bevy of neutral colorways. View the full cold-weather collection in the Instagram post above.
Catch the collection while it’s still available – now on WIND AND SEA’s online store. Unfortunately, tote bags are sold out.
