“We responded to a call of a vehicle on the roadway at 5:45 this morning,” a spokesperson from the Beverly Hills Police Department told Page Six following the arrest.
Fortunately, she was not involved in an accident, but we were told her vehicle was “stopped in lanes of traffic.”
The BHPD spokesperson added, “The investigation led us to arrest her for a DUI.”
The “Nobody’s Fool” star was booked at the Beverly Hills police jail and released Friday afternoon.
She has not publicly commented on her arrest and Page Six did not receive a response from her representatives at the time the news first made headlines.
