As the “one before the [Air Jordan] 1,” the Jordan Air Ship has finally shined in the spotlight in recent years as Jordan Brand first pushed the sneaker via an initial batch of limited drops and now maintains an ongoing flow of general releases. Most colorways thus far have stuck to retro color schemes that often favor a plain white base. However, the Jumpman team is taking things into a new direction this season as “Realtree” and “Denim” colorways have been prepared on the sneaker.
Kicking things off, the “Realtree” pair sees the brand’s classic camouflage adorn the upper of the Air Ship — offering hits of brown and green that are complemented by the autumnal brown notes spread across the Swooshes, collar and laces. As for its “Denim” counterpart, the entirety of the shoe’s upper utilizes a navy denim finish. Supporting the sneaker, an all-white sole unit brings contrast to the pair.
We’re awaiting official word from Nike regarding release details for both the Jordan Air Ship “Realtree” and “Denim” colorways. However, they’re each currently rumored to be making a retail debut on December 13 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $140 USD. Stay tuned for updates as official imagery should surface in the coming weeks.
