Jennifer Aniston flashed her enviable abs while dancing around in a sports bra during a throwback photoshoot.
The “Friends” alum, 54, looked fit and toned while modeling a sexy camisole off-white sports bra, black leggings that hugged her glutes and white sneakers in a video shared Monday via her Instagram Story.
She was posing for photos alongside one of her “go-to” fitness instructors, Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman, while promoting their upcoming four-week workout program collaboration.
“4 weeks of mine and @jenniferaniston favorite classes 👀 Come workout with us 💪 @pvolve,” Katzman wrote in an Instagram post, which featured additional footage from their shoot.
The “Morning Show” star expressed her excitement for the project by commenting with a red heart emoji on the post.
The workout expert previously teased her collaboration with Aniston in August by posting a photo from the shoot, captioning it, “’So no one told me life was gonna be this way’”…quoting the “Friends” theme song, before adding, “Grateful to be on this journey with you @jenniferaniston 👯♀️.”
The “Murder Mystery” actress first revealed her partnership with Pvolve in June while discussing how she had transitioned to the low-impact, at-home workout program to stay in shape after struggling to do so in a balanced way.
“When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting,” Aniston told InStyle at the time. “I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body.”
Aniston said that women tend to pressure themselves to “feel the burn” during physical activity, but has learned that can be a dangerous and unhealthy mindset.
“My girlfriend, who I hadn’t seen since the pandemic, had completely transformed her body [with Pvolve,]” she explained. “Her body was beautiful, but she also said her energy was like it had never been before.”
The Emmy winner, who started doing the workouts in 2021, saw such great results that she eventually joined the Pvolve family.
Aniston explained that she used to turn to an intensive cardio-based workout regimen and said she would never miss a day even if she was traveling.
“I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week,” Aniston told InStyle in 2012. “I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up.”
She also shared that she would travel with light weights so she could workout in her hotel room.
“I take eight-pound weights with me whenever I’m staying in a hotel,” she shared. “It’s always good to do arm exercises when you’re watching television or talking on the phone. I also love to stretch before I go to bed, and usually throw in a couple of sit-ups.”

While Aniston has found an alternative workout routine that isn’t so hard on her body, she has also found a diet that isn’t so restrictive.
In 2021, Aniston shared that she had conquered her fear of carbs.
“[I] started to give myself a break, allowing yourself to have pasta, a sandwich,” she told People in 2021.
“Everyone’s very afraid of the bread basket, and I’m no longer afraid. As long as it’s all done in moderation.”
