During a chat with In Touch yesterday, Jenelle Evans shared that a new resolution has been made that allows both she and Nathan the proper time to spend with their child.

‘I am glad both parties can settle outside of court instead of fighting. I feel like co-parenting at such a young age is scary and hard to cope with. Not everyone is going to get along to begin with. Everyone has a little space to grow and super glad we can all be on the same page now. Kaiser is a lot happier and it’s a very positive change,’ the celeb dished via the news outlet.

Furthermore, court documents first obtained by TMZ prove that Jenelle Evans is going to continue to have physical custody of Kaiser while his dad gets to spend every other weekend with him.

Not only that but also, the boy’s grandmother and mom of Nathan, Doris Davidson, also gets to take care of Kaiser every fifth weekend and she can also fill in for her son if he ever can’t care for his son a particular weekend.

TMZ also shared that the exes were both ordered by the court not to talk badly about each other in front of the boy.

In the meantime, Jenelle has reunited with David Eason, something that took her fans by surprise given his scandals and rumors.

Back in September, they also celebrated their anniversary and Jenelle marked the day with a post that read: ‘This day was perfect. From start to finish, everybody was having a great time! I am so happy we decided to work through the hard times for our family. Through thick and thin, you are my best friend. I do not want it any other way. @easondavid88.’
