Following a suite of eccentric colorways, including “Volt” and “Total Orange”, the Nike ISPA Mindbody will finally release in an all black iteration.
As one of the Swoosh’s most unorthodox sneakers in recent memory, the shoe is aesthetically inspired by the Japanese art style of Suminagashi — a marbling process that dates back to the 12th century. The shoe features a Flyknit upper and tied together through an innovative single lace technology that weaves throughout the silhouette.
First revealed roughly a year ago, the sneaker is constructed entirely without glue and sits atop a plush sole unit that will enhance comfort with each step. Further details include a rubberized toe box and heel counter for everyday wear. A release date has not been set yet, but expect the Nike ISPA Mindbody “Black/Anthracite” to drop for $180 USD by the end of the year on Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
