Marc Jacobs has a Gen-Z in a chokehold, seeing his recent work with Blumarine and Bleach London expand on current obsessions with Y2K fashion. For his latest endeavor, Jacobs’ main line is reuniting with Dr. Martens for its latest take on iconic styles.
Jacobs celebrates the Jaden boot’s 10th anniversary through punk-inspired motifs introduced by experimental artist Yves Tumor. The musician is known for breaking sound boundaries and communicates their rebellious identity on local streets.
The Marc Jacobs x Dr. Martens Jaden boot is crafted in glossy black leather, featuring a high collar, co-branded tongue tags, and platformed rubber soles with yellow stitching. Silver chains and pendants hang from the throats, featuring keys, locks, hearts, and eye charms with a life of their own.
Take a closer look at the Marc Jacobs x Dr. Martens Jaden boot collaboration in the gallery above. The footwear offering will launch via Dr. Martens on September 15.
Elsewhere, Feng Chen Wang’s FW23 collection is frozen in time across new creative imagery.
