Vicki Gunvalson faced backlash for promoting a cocktail hour at her “Tres Amigas” show with Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador, whose arrest over a drunken hit-and-run had just made news.
On Monday, the OG “Real Housewives of Orange County” star shared an Instagram photo where she and her two best friends posed in front of a stage while wearing orange blazer dresses.
“Uno, Dos, Tres — Live! Come #whoopitup with THE TRES AMIGAS in person for our third live show! We’ll be at the Stand Up Live! #Phoenix on Thursday, November 16, 2023, for an evening of fun without the #realityshow drama!” she captioned the post.
Gunvalson, 61, also told guests that they have the option to join them for a “pre-show cocktail party or post-show meet and greet! 🍸.”

However, it didn’t take long for fans to remind Gunvalson that Beador, 59, had just been busted for drinking and driving.
“Kind of tone deaf but the picture of orange jumpsuits is a nice touch,” one user wrote, while another pointed out, “I’m not sure Shannon will be in the mood to party and drink.”

“After last night it might be Dos Amigas for awhile,” another person added, while a fan said the post had been done “too soon.”
“I think Shannon might be busy x,” someone else chimed in as another one asked her to “read the room😂.”

“not the orange jump suits [sic] 🤣 🚨 👮♀️,” another fan pointed out.
Despite the backlash, many users suggested that the post had been scheduled to publish ahead of time, which ironically happened to be after Beador’s arrest.
“An example of why scheduling your social media posts can sometimes NOT be for the best! 🤣,” someone commented.
“Oh boy whoever’s in charge of her social is gonna be fired,” another user wrote.

Gunvalson deleted the post 15 minutes after it was originally uploaded before re-posting it an hour later. She has yet to address the mishap and didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The promo for the Tres Amigas live show comes amid Beador’s arrest for DUI and a hit-and-run early Sunday, which Page Six confirmed.
TMZ was the first to report the arrest Monday, claiming that Beador clipped a house in Newport Beach, Calif. on the night in question before fleeing the scene.

Police then allegedly found a still inebriated Beador, who was walking her dog as if nothing had happened. Her car was allegedly also parked in the middle of the street.
Following the news, her close friend and fellow Bravolebrity, Jeff Lewis, revealed that she is “ashamed” and “entering counseling” this week.
“I am happy to say that she is gonna be entering counseling this week, so I’m happy about that,” he said on Monday’s episode of his SiriusXM show, “Jeff Lewis Live.”

Lewis went on to share that Beador called him after the accident and explained that she is “accepting full accountability,” adding that she is “ashamed” and “embarrassed.”
“I don’t think Shannon is an alcoholic,” he continued. “I think as her close friend, I think she’s going through a lot of personal struggles right now, and I think that she probably has been leaning on alcohol, but I don’t believe she’s an alcoholic.”
The “Flipping Out” star also claimed that Beador had been “injured” and is “recovering” from a “car accident,” but he didn’t go into details.
