Building on its focus of unique design elements found in vintage clothing, the minds behind Unsound Rags are now launching a new thematic label. Dubbed “bloodthinner,” led by founder of the Los Angeles-based vintage showroom, Fernando Rangel, the project strays from thoughtfully sourced garments marked by signs of aging and wear to create striking elevated street-leaning wares.
Teased for months, bloodthinner recently went public on Instagram, sharing a campaign for its inaugural release. The campaign features a cast of friends and collaborators of Unsound Rags gathered in a section of Los Angeles’ famed aqueduct. The figures are dressed in the signature “bloodthinner” graphic T-shirt, along with other styles set to release in the near future.
Take a look at the launch campaign above and head over to bloodthinner’s website to shop the “bloodthinner” Tee ($65 USD) when it releases March 18, 11 a.m. PDT.
