Basketball has been on the mind of many around the world with the FIBA World Cup approaching its grand finale this weekend. Various brands have tapped into this to produce basketball-themed collections with UNION TOKYO and Japanese artist tokyovitamin being the latest to commemorate the sport.
Leading the capsule, the duo connected with basketball experts Spalding to craft a co-branded version of the brand’s basketball that showcases each group on a side respectively. From there, a special tournament tee appears in navy, purple and white. Collaborative basketball shorts see the UNION logo at the left leg and a tokyovitamin note at the right in blue and brown. Lastly, the tee graphic similarly appears on white and green trucker hats while a white and black head and wrist band set rounds out the range.
The complete tokyovitamin x UNION TOKYO collaboration is available now via UNION TOKYO’s online store and its Osaka and Tokyo locations. Prices start at ¥4,950 JPY (approx. $33 USD) for the head and wrist band set and go up to ¥14,850 JPY (approx. $100 USD) for the basketball shorts.
