Joining Zion Williamson‘s Naruto x Zion 1 collaboration, Jordan Brand is also readying a “Jōnin”-inspired Jordan Air 200SE SP. Expressing a mix of “Carbon Green/Muslin/Metallic Silver/University Red,” the shoe draws from the uniforming worn by the elite ninja class in Konoha, Hidden Leaf Village.
The uppers of the shoe feature a mesh base accented by suede and textile overlays to express the look of Jōnin’s flak jacket protective clothing. Aside from the usual Jumpman and “23” branding, the shoe is decorated with both the Uzushiogakure symbol from the flak jackets and Konoha motif seen on the iconic forehead protectors. Elevating the shoe are Air-assisted green midsoles paired with translucent rubber outsoles.
Priced at $150 USD, the Naruto x Jordan Air 200E SP “Jōnin” is set to release May 18.
