After dropping an ultra-limited batch of 100 sneakers earlier last month via the CONFIRMED app, Melvin Tanaya and Lyna Ty‘s Australian imprint Song for the Mute now readies its full collection with adidas Originals featuring three colorways of the adidas Originals Shadowturf “SFTM-001” and sportswear staples.
The versatile Shadowturf pairs are found in retro-informed “Dusty Pink,” “Honeycomb,” and “Midnight” colorways. Uppers are fitted in a mix of mesh, leather, and suede, with adiPRENE and Torsion tech adding to the trail runner aesthetic. Zig-zag stitching runs alongside embroidered SFTM-001 tags across the laterals and a triangular heel piece displaying SFTM’s “bullet hole” grid formation attaches a nylon pull tab for added functionality. Arriving alongside the footwear is a series of outdoor-ready apparel including paneled windbreakers with retractable hoods, distressed and oversized tees featuring custom adidas logos, short-sleeve zip-up shirts, and tear-away track pants.
The Song for the Mute x adidas Originals series will be available online and via Song for the Mute locations on September 23.
