T.J. Holmes has teased a career update after he was dismissed from “Good Morning America 3” in the wake of his controversial relationship with co-anchor Amy Robach.
The pair, whose months-long affair made headlines last November, were let go from their high-profile gigs in January and have remained under the radar since.
And while neither has shared details of their next career move, Holmes, 46, dropped a hint on Friday that he is rolling his sleeves up yet again.
He shared a photo on Instagram of his Royal Enfield motorcycle in Manhattan as he captioned the image, “#newmorningcommute.”
While no details of the pair’s new ventures are known at this time, The Post revealed in March that they are both “desperately” trying to get back on the air.
CBS Media Ventures — the syndicate arm of CBS that’s responsible for daytime broadcasts like “Dr. Phil” and “The Drew Barrymore Show” — turned down a talk show proposal from the duo.
“If they did a talk show, what would they talk about? What’s their expertise — infidelity?” a skeptical TV expert said at the time, adding, “They’d take anything. I think they’d host a game show at this point.”
Both Holmes and Robach, 50 — who turned their comments off — simply captioned the posts, “#nycmarathon2023 🏃🏾♂️🏃♀️.”
This is the first time the journalists have posted to Instagram since reactivating their accounts amid backlash over their affair, which seemingly began in March 2022 when they started training together for the New York City Half Marathon.
After photos of them holding hands during a romantic getaway surfaced, which exposed their affair, the former co-anchors lost their high-profile gigs at ABC.
Both Holmes and Robach hired lawyers to negotiate their exit packages.
At the time, the pair were married to different people. Since then, they have split from their respective partners to pursue a relationship with one another.

The former CNN correspondent also shares two children with ex-wife Amy Ferson.
