Nike has established its “Wheat” color arrangement as one of its go-to looks for each fall. Looking at last year, a quilted version touched down on both the Dunk Low and Air More Uptempo while the Air Max Scorpion similarly donned the theme. Over the course of the year, a “Wheat” version of the ACG Air Moc appeared while news of 2021’s SB Dunk Low “Wheat” colorway returning this fall also popped up.
Now, the Air Max 90 joins in on the fun with an all-brown finish. Suede and nubuck go back and forth across the monochromatic build’s upper with matching Swooshes, laces and branding elements found throughout. The sole unit sees an adjusted brown hue present with a visible Air unit and semi-translucent outsole rounding out the look.
At the time of writing, Nike has not disclosed any release details regarding the Air Max 90 in its “Wheat” form. Look for it to touch down on shelves via the Swoosh and select retailers in the coming months.
