With Vancouver-based brand, HAVEN, drawing inspiration from its multifaceted Canadian landscape remains paramount. Diverging from the city, this time the brand looks to the natural beauty of British Columbia’s coastal landscape for its Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
As usual, the collection rests in versatility that is meant to traverse both the city and weathered environments like the mountains or coastline. Technical materials lead the charge with outerwear pieces like shell nylon shell jackets, parkas and windbreakers. Coupled with these materials is an overarching utilitarian style that encompasses relaxed cargo pants, trousers, casual button-down shirts and plaid shirts alongside the range of jackets. Aside from outerwear, a deep stone blue suit serves as a collection highlight with a relaxed fit, minimal detailing and relaxed paneled pants.
Elements of British Columbia’s coastal landscape wash the catalog of pieces in natural shades of deep blues, rust, several Earth green tones, gray rock, deep plum and soft wheat. Finishing off the harmonious shades is keen attention on layering, which invokes easy yet stylish comfort.
