GALLERY DEPT. founder Josué Thomas dropped a new website on his birthday on September 11, 2023. His latest project, Art That Kills, is now a full fledged e-commerce site that appears to sell past merch. Those familiar will know that Art That Kills is Thomas’ record label now-turned “creative platform.”
On the new website, fans can now find a broad selection of albums and music videos that have previously been released. Other ATK-branded pieces including printed sweaters, t-shirts, posters and more, are also available. By GALLERY DEPT. standards, the pieces are somewhat “affordable” by comparison to the original GALLERY DEPT. t-shirt that often goes for about $250 USD to the average ATK t-shirt which receives a considerable price cut of $165 USD.
It is uncertain as to why the website is launching just to release old ATK-branded items that have already been available on GALLERY DEPT. Online, fans can see that ATK is offering a restock of the coveted Vans collaboration with GALLERY DEPT. There has yet to be an announcement or drop of new pieces. Those interested can take a look for themselves online at ATK.
