First Look at the Air Jordan 6 “Black/Metallic Silver”

Jordan Brand has been locked in on the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2 this year, however, the Air Jordan 6 has continued to receive love with looks such as the “Red Oreo” and university-themed “Georgetown.” Now, Jordan Brand has opted for some throwback influence with a new “Black/Metallic Silver” look drawing inspiration from the Air Jordan 6 Retro Low “Chrome” and Defining Moments Pack’s (DMP) Air Jordan 6 colorway which originally released in 2006 and was recently re-released in 2020.

Pivoting from gold accents to silver, this “Black/Metallic Silver” approach looks to ever so slightly adjust the “DMP” colorway. Similar to its predecessor, a black nubuck upper connects with accents, this time in silver, at the tongue, heel and midsole. An icy blue translucent outsole rests at the bottom to complete the look alongside special packaging.

Currently, the Air Jordan 6 “Black/Metallic Silver” is expected to hit shelves via Nike and select retailers October 15 at a price of $200 USD. However, this information is subject to change as we await an official announcement from the Swoosh.

In case you missed it, the collaborative collection between J Balvin and Jordan Brand is finally set to launch, featuring the Air Jordan 2, slides, a $500 USD varsity jacket and more.
