Shanghai-based retailer and label DOE has joined hands with Levi’s once again for a new joint series dubbed “Romantic Shanghai.” Inspired by the feelings associated with the city’s dazzling skyline and colors, the collection retouches a number of Levi’s classic silhouettes.
Highlights include a set of Levi’s 507 Type II Denim Jacket set with wide shoulders and a cropped waistline. Opting for a subtle approach, exteriors feature regular silver buttons with a small co-branded fabric tag planted on the center of the back. The interiors, however, shine with a denim portrait of the Shanghai skyline, picturing the iconic view from the Bund featuring landmarks such as the Pearl Tower, World Financial Center, and Shanghai Tower. Other pieces include complimentary dark-wash Stay Baggy Jeans and 5 PKT khaki-toned sets in workwear cutting.
The DOE x Levi’s series will be released on March 17 via DOE’s online and offline channels.
