“Teen Mom OG” star Catelynn Lowell is pregnant and expecting her fourth child with Tyler Baltierra, months after she revealed the couple had experienced a pregnancy loss.
“This rainbow was worth the storm,” Catelynn, 28, wrote alongside an Instagram photo of daughters Novalee, 6, and Vaeda, 2. “Baby Baltierra coming soon.”
Novalee and Vaeda were decked out in matching “big sister 2021” outfits, with the older child displaying a sign reading, “27 weeks until I become a big sister.” Lowell also posted her ultrasound and a positive pregnancy test to further drive the point home.
Lowell and Baltierra’s eldest daughter Carly was adopted by Brandon and Teresa Davis in 2009; the families keep in touch, though the pandemic complicated their arrangement in 2020. They welcomed Novalee and Vaeda in 2015 and 2019, respectively.
In December 2020, Lowell revealed on Instagram that she had suffered a pregnancy loss, writing, “I am sharing this to let you know you are not alone. We are all in this together and everyone experiences pain, loss, and the recovery from it.
“I’m still in the thick of dealing with this loss as it was recent and all the emotional trauma that follows such a loss in an already horrifically hard year.”
Lowell told Us Weekly in January that Cheyenne Floyd was the only member of the “Teen Mom franchise” who reached out after her announcement, which she admitted “bugged her.”
However, that same month Amber Portwood told the weekly that she had spoken to Lowell about the tragedy. “I guess she forgot,” Portwood said.
