Carhartt WIP has lifted the veil on its Fall/Winter 2023 denim editorial, “Solid Structures.” The sartorial delivery, shot in Berlin by Julien Barbès, highlights this season’s workwear-inspired cuts in a series of digital and Polaroid photographs.
This time around, Carhartt WIP has cooked up a heavy-hitting range of utilitarian denim: the Chore Vest and the Double Knee Bib Overall, for example, are both built for work with a heavyweight version of the textile. Elsewhere, the OG Active Jacket is similarly sturdy, with a classic blanket lining on the men’s version and pile lining on the women’s iteration.
Down the line, the collection’s pants prioritize comfort with casual fits for both men and women. Among them, the classic Double Knee Pant is cut with a relaxed straight finish, and the Women’s Curron Double Knee Pant boasts a high-waisted, loosely-tapered silhouette. Across the collection, the brand employs denim washes spanning indigo to black, with contrasting tonal inclusions of purple, brown and white.
The Carhartt WIP Fall/Winter 2023 collection is now available to shop online and in the brand’s stores. Take a look at the line’s “Solid Structures” editorial in the gallery above.
