adidas has just presented its latest addition to its NMD line: an S1 silhouette in a “Bliss Orange/”Wonder Taupe” colorway.
Over the past decade, adidas has introduced a selection of performance footwear designs that have been curated with agility and comfort in mind. For example, adi’s UltraBOOST silhouettes have gone on to become a mainline in the Three Stripe arsenal with bouncy soles and further lightweight and breathable constructions. The same goes for adidas’ NMD umbrella, and this latest addition to the family has been designed to keep its wearers feet firmly on the ground.
Its design starts with a sock-like upper, while the shoe is also fitted with further BOOST cushioning to provide a springier step when moving at high speeds. Additionally, the upper is crafted from a high-performance yarn — made from recycled materials — and the textile lining is also complemented with customary Three Stripe branding on the lateral sides. What’s more, is that the sneaker is rounded off with a rubber outsole, lace closure, and classic adidas Trefoil branding on the sole.
You can take a closer look at the new adidas NMD S1 above and it is available to shop via the official adidas website for $279 USD.
In other footwear news, the Air Jordan 9 “Powder Blue” is returning.
